A World of Voices
In 2017 I got the opportunity to work for Atlas Talent, an agency dedicated to representing talent in all areas of voiceover. Under the mentorship of highly regarded voiceover agent, Heather Dame, I was immediately hooked! I never realized just how prevalent voiceover is in our media, entertainment and society as a whole. I found my passion working with various productions to find the right voice for each project and coordinating the recording process. Voices truly make the world go round!
Voiceover Casting Coordinator
I facilitate the audition process by gathering information from the casting director/production as to their needs for a specific role, send out the audition requests to multiple talent agencies, and then organize the auditions once received for an efficient listening process. I can also draft special inquiries when an “offer only” celebrity has been requested to voice a role.
Voiceover Talent Relations Coordinator
I handle all necessary details required to schedule voiceover actors for recording sessions. This includes communicating with the casting director/director, production, recording and legal departments to ensure all production needs are met. I then relay those needs and distribute record materials to the talent’s reps for a smooth and efficient session.
Voiceover Recording Coordinator
When talent records from a local studio, I make sure that they have all of the arrival instructions, safety protocols and contact information prior to arriving at the studio. When talent records from their home studio, I ensure all necessary technical requirements are met for broadcast quality. I arrange to have their specs and audio sample sent to productions for approval, and can facilitate a technical test session prior to the record if necessary.
